you GOTTA BE KIDDING busybuoy ... ME does not deserve oppies at that price! Remember, that cash in the bank is due to share issues and con notes .. not increased cash flow! Not exactly brilliant management tactics.
DB .. it WILL be embarassing for ME if his option package is in the money by the time the AGM happens. But I doubt if he has the support to cap the price as only he can gain from the capping. As a matter of fact, it would benefit shareholders if price goes up and his greedy grab looks even greedier come voting time, and the issue is stopped.
