OK, so lets take a positive or a balanced look at why they did the Cap Raise for the amount they did. Obviously they are aware of how much money they are burning each QTR, surely all of the managers and directors and even the blue collar workers at FBR are aware of the money being burnt through each QTR. They are still there working, and they are not panicked ( as far as we know ).
1- So do they know something that we the public are not allowed to know about just yet, that will lay out the future of the company, or
2- Are they so oblivious to what they are doing and spending that they think the sharemarket and the public will just keep contributing to the so far sinking ship?
One has to wonder what is going on. I mean the Pivacs would have been advised by their lawyers and Finance guru's how much the CR needs to have been and for what reason that amount was chosen.Who knows, only they do.
