Roadshow Presentation Time?

DNA's leaders should consider doing one or more roadshow presentations fairly soon. Here's why:

1. DNA's sp currently sits below its Jan15 cap raising (at 60 cps) and many fathoms below its March14 private placement cap raising ($1.33). It is even lower than the private placement cap raising almost two and a half years ago (Nov13 at 86cps). A few of insto staff surely have dented their careers a bit by supporting past DNA's share offerings. A fact-based positive investor presentation may soothe insto staff who have been humbled by past cap raises. And if the session rerates the share price, it may set less of a discount for the next cap raising.

2. DNA's board stumbled on the share buyback and dividend. How? In Nov15, they mentioned these capital mgt initiatives but didn't mention that debt covenants prohibited such activity for almost a year. A roadshow would clarify the board's plans and restrictions on capital mgt.

3. The ongoing gloom of Macao and China's general slowdown have overshadowed DNA's sp even though these events have somewhat peripheral effect on the business. A roadshow may help the market to reduce its spurious correlation between these events and DNA's success.

4. Even if roadshow presentations don't waken the market and move the sp up closer to fair value, these presentations will provide long weary investors with a few morsels to tide them over until the next financial reporting.
