That announcement regarding Cap Mgmt was just misleading if anything, imo. They should have known all T&C of loan by heart and should have referred to BEFORE making such announcements and then turning back. It was like announcing, hey, next year I may consider buying a cruise for me and then announcing, sorry I'm in desert which won't let me sail!! Well, you knew you were in desert. Why would you make such useless announcement then?!!
