I am a fan of ELS but let's call it for what it is. Intel has barely started testing ELS's software as of this month. How can there be purchase orders? The decisions by the management in terms of corporate well being of the company is just as important as the share price. You gotta secure the funding. They seem to be moving very slowly with this and that's not a good sign. Gotta hit the iron when it's hot.
