if you contemplate a tko, you do so based on the assets the entity being taken over has, we've got around $10 billion+ depending on vairous calculations.
Agree if the price today/tomorrow or next week is your prime concern as it is with a few other posters then you'd jump at $1.50. I'm focused on what the price will be around 2010 as peak oil dawns on the world and hybrids/electric are the only short-medium term option for many car buyers
I could go on, but it boils down to a few pennys gain short term vs wealth long term.
