because the value was put at 8 cents a shares ( 80 cents after consolidation) for the agreement to aquire bandana coal. its all written down in annoucments. it was crazy to get as high as it did i took some profits and and buying in again now. the booklet is a good read i got a few things out of it that some may not pick up on.
