    Hi again
    News around Sydney is Select have had a rush road show and 1 major broker showing a lot of interest.

    This one is lagging with it's milestone announcements. From what I've heard only the Legals are holding the show up. For what it's worth, it's been to 90 before and there is no way it won't revisit that territory and some if they can get their Hep deals together
