I'm still hopeful we will get news on Mexico before the AGM. The actual testing is due to begin now or very soon, after a long preparation period. The article below, from 5 Oct, anticipated that the preliminary data collection on students being tested (ie the psychometric tests)in Nuevo Leon (one of 32 states in Mexico)would be completed in Oct-Nov. So must be a shipment soon.
