It's just a good story that a lot of people bought into and gave them their cash. Now they can pay themselves high salaries, give cash away to their mates and live a high life for a while. They'll most definitely will not walk away from this empty handed (unlike the SHs)

The fact is they have not delivered anything at all and it looks like they won't. Why bother? Their main goal is already achieved.
The whole purpose of the reverse takeover was to list as easily and as quickly as possible. Then ROAMe and OTT were needed to pump the SP, do a CR and enjoy life.

Gotta give them credit for that. Plan executed well
