yes absolutely. if the video showed the device out in the wind, if the device was as large they said (600ml bottle sized), the SP would be ok value to me at 10 cents. if it was a NO BS dodgy editing video which is what we all expected, i can see fair value at 10 cents.
i cant comment on the sales aspect as i havent researched the market, but 440k does seem very optimistic..
