In order to move horizontally or react to wind, rotation plane of rotor would have to tilt or whole shaft would have to tilt causing stick to rotate due to gyroscopic effect. I see no solution for this on current picture. This would make it rather dangerous selfie toy for other admiring tourists. Or it could fly away in the wind gust.
If you see demonstration, make sure it will be actually outdoor rather then in a studio with projected background (aka Sprite where grass in the background does not move). Sprite most likely tilts top rotor only with a separate motor in the top orange section. So it can move horizontally.
Sold my shares and waiting for demo.
