Sounds like it's all been planned from the beginning. Pump the share price as much as possible then do a CR at a decent price and then start working on the products etc

As evil as it sounds (particularly to shareholders) you've gotta give them credit. From management's strategic point of view they've done pretty well! I'm sure Ian is behind this with his previous experience it sounds like something that he'd come up with.

Nevertheless, they're in a very good financial position at the moment which allows them to fully concentrate on the products, sales and marketing. And with so much cash, they'll have more than enough time to achieve all they've set out to.

And another thing that keeps me more or less confident is that management owns a very large portion of the shares which are escrowed for a while. So they'll be more than interested to make this venture a success.
