• First of all, manipulation of SP and capital raising at a higher price is illegal so if that can be proven, the company is up for some serious class action, even if it not proven, this is highly unethical conducts and reminiscent of the boiler-rooms of the 90’s.
• Second of all, no one knows how much skin management has in the game. They get paid a nice salary and it could be all upside for them. I’m not sure how management got their shares in the company, if it is just via allotment as part of their employment contract as opposed to acquired with cash, then they have no hurt-money on the table and even if the company collapses, they probably made some sweet coins out of it already.
