can anyone tell me how much RFG makes on these master franchise agreements in international markets? Because those thinking international expansion will
contribute significantly to revenue will be mistaken.
It's my understand and correct me if I'm wrong. But RFG only earn about 10 basis points (0.10%) on any sales.
Compare this to the domestic business where they change 10%. So they earn 1000 times more locally compared to overseas.
The domestic business continues to shrink. Stores continue to close at a large rate. They haven't been able to secure new franchisees for 5 plus years. How do you think they will find new mum and dad operators in this high inflation, high interest rate and potential recessionary environment?
