    Haven't had it for ages till today.
    Picked up a piece of topside ( always my favourite cut) from Woolies this week and we had it for lunch, just with boiled small potatoes and carrots

    Now, I'm absolutely notorious for never reading labels or instructions. I'm just too damn lazy.
    So my wife informed me when I came in for lunch that the label said it had been "infused with water".

    Well blow me down. I vaguely recall talk of butchers pumping meat full of water or whatever to increase the weight but I didn't know they were putting it on labels now.
