Lamb navarin:
Barbecue the following in a pan on the charcoal webber:
1 shoulder of lamb cut into small steaks.
When reasonably cooked add the following:
1.5 l chicken stock.
250 ml white wine.
100 gm garlic cloves.
1 dozen anchovies.
2 tablespoons tomato paste.
1 bouquet garni.
Soy sauce to taste.
Worcestershire to taste.
When almost cooked add the following:
8 baby turnips.
8 baby carrot carrots.
150 gm canned white beans.
Serve with the following:
Parsley.
Mint.
Marjoram.
