Bratwurst:
In a large pan fry the following:
1 sliced onion.
2 tablespoons smoked butter.
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
When softened brown with the following:
½ dozen bratwurst.
1 dessert spoon caraway seeds.
Finish off with ½ bottle of beer.
And some of the following:
A few splashes soy.
A few splashes of Worcester.
