    Roast lamb for dinner tonight

    Roasted with:

    one or two onions diced

    one diced quince apple or pear

    ginger to taste

    garlic to taste

    turmeric to taste

    cinnamon to taste

    coriander seeds to taste

    or alternately just a shake of masterfood greek herbs

    750 ml of chicken or other stock

    white wine (optional)
