Theoretically not, by now we should have had a good income stream from an approved high grade mine and multiple other ones about to come online - but promises are never kept, largely because they have put their faith and fate in the hands of others. Hopefully they have learnt from their mistakes and this JV will actually deliver the long awaited mill and resumption of mining.
Should know more by years end.
