In all due respect, wait for the AGM where Newman will properly introduce himself. It's too premature to take a disliking to him and his appointment as CEO when you are simply going off his LinkedIn profile and his past accolades, which from my perspective look suitably more qualified than the past CEO.
As I've said already, I'm not expecting a loud, brash CEO who over commits and can't deliver. Newman I am to believe is more controlled, less neurotic and has a central focus around getting the job done, which is what we are looking for!
Either way, exercise your rights to the resolutions put forward and I'm sure if the consensus of the shareholders follows your train of thought then many of these matters will be voted against.
