    I believe that ROB has a lot of potential in near future.
    But from reading the last announcement, it looks like things get delayed a fair bit.

    Is this the main issue that is holding the sp?
    Could it be the quality of the coal? Infrastructure?

    I'm just trying to compare the potential between ROB and NMR.
