I missed your post yesterday as I was in transit and will be away from home till Thursday.

Just quickly though, we all make those mistakes and what I find works for me is when this happens, I tend to have a break and or limit the amount of hours I watch live data feeds.
Even when day trading if I start to break too many rules i flick it off and revert to daily charts (sin bin)

Once your belief in your ability increases, you will find problem decreases
