By the looks of it they expanded too quickly and weren't very good at buying stock that customers wanted.
To be writing $60m off in stock, when you see how Anchorage made its money from Dick Smith (which was essentially liquidating stock during Xmas 2012 that they bought from WOW on the cheap), is inexcusable.
