Just spent some time googling and looking up annual reports etc seems R.Healy has done well for himself and his wife.
Current holdings include : BLR 70m shares =$11.2m
OXR 25m shares =$100m
PNA 25m shares =$27m
GDY 15m shares =$27 m
Not to mention $14m in ELK

Total of $180m and that's probably the tip of the iceberg.
I wonder if he got his tips of Hotcopper? LOL.
He certainly has the funds to buy the company.
