For me, this register is important, and only if this changes and we see major holders leaving the ship, then we should be really worried. Also, I cannot understand why RF would sell his share for $17 million now (at current sp $0.175)? If he and all other big holders didn't see the project value in the first place, why did they invest big? Cobalt and nickel prices going up, scandium is getting momentum, water business is progressing nicely... I think we are not far from some good news.
