I am still betting on Townsville announcing the State Govt financially supporting the water treatment. The State election is in October so I would pencil in the announcement for late September / early October. Not a game-changer but a bit more investor focus on water will be good. And I don't really care what RF- who seems like a nice guy - and EM - who does not seem like a nice guy - are up to.
