When you last raised this conjecture, I pointed out your selective reading of the text. The simplest and most plausible reading is Sunrise will be the first mine to use the technology and other (non-CLQ operations) will follow.
With Sunrise far from a done deal, talking of this company opening other miners is bizarre in my book, and it has the opposite effect to instilling confidence.
