I agree it will be an election issue since the 2017 election Labor won with a margin of 214 votes on a 2 party preferred result - this after suffering a 5.3% swing against Labor. The 2020 election is on October 31 - thus we should hear about Townsville water latest by approx Sept 19 - 6 weeks prior
