A1 yes Keens work has some merit, but like any academic work its just his Hypothesis on what could happen. He has really come to promence due to the sensationalist comments picked up by the media. There are papers done by academics to back up anything we have said about the merits of property or against. I said to slappi I have really no respect for him, as he is no better than any salesman, as he is selling a commodity (Himself). I ask you a question Aurelius since Keen is probably the most extreme view on where we are heading, why is he right in your eyes? And yet there is a lot more with moderate views of whats going to happen yet because the don't fit in what you say are derided as Prop bulls?
