A lot of the worst-performing shares on the ASX this year have been property related.

Centro, AFG, BNB the list goes on.

Property is an asset class, like shares, cash, bonds, etc etc.

Over time it has outperformed inflation, so has shares, and some other growth assets.

Play the ball not the man.

Prof Keen is simply stating what he believes to be true.
And there's a weight of evidence and statistics to reinforce what he says.
There's no need to attack the person, if you think his theories are crap then say so. But to retain credibility, you should provide some facts and reasoning to back up what you say, else it's just worthless words.
