I have nothing against professor Keen , I dont have to agree with him , but his writings are interesting .
Newtothegame ..does present an interesting case however ..Would the professor wish to continue in his previous place of residence if he did not have to sell ?
Is he really selling because he thinks hes picked " the top " ? ( property will fall by 40 % according to the prof ) Or is it purely his personal circumstances ?
Once again ..nothing against prof Keen ..good luck to him , and good luck to those who follow !
He has put himself out there ..and things are not always as they seem , one would have to consider his personal circumstances relevant however .
Im sure we can find him a property here in Melbourne when the Crunch comes !! I would suggest to the professor to talk and write all he likes ..but should not allow his personal circumstance to come into the mix.
