Slappi what I don't understand is how you understand Keens theories in relation to property and the effects of debt ratio to gdp. But when it comes to shares it seems you haven't sold out completely but keep calling that there going up. Surely one theorum must cross over to the other and how, if you understand it so well you didn't sell out of say MNM at 52 cents and still hold at 7 cents. Yet offer your advice to get out of property or sell. Don't get angry I think its a legit Question on why I or anyone else should take someones advice.
