Sure it is a legit question but yet you do not want to take Keen's advice and he has sold.
As to MNM I believe this company is well positioned as an emerging energy producer, the next boom on the back of carbon trading and higher energy prices due to a collapsing US dollar. They also have exposure to phosphate, a key fertiliser component and have completed multiple successful gold and uranium drilling programs. In short the world needs power, food and gold.
I believe property is over-bought with debt and due for a correction. If you do not have to sell then great, sure your on paper wealth will reduce on your investment. I do not know for certain the depth or length of any correction, however if other countries are and example it is not looking good to be a property bull.
