As far as I can see the Roberts family is part of the bid with Brookfield.They have joined forces therefore they will both be looking at getting the remaining 70% cheap.The price dropped today they could bid around $4.60.If Roberts was selling out they would be looking to get a high price for their 25% holding but as they are part of the bid they want the remaining price low.
