What are they supposed to say?

"Over the past week we have sent 7 emails, made 14 phone calls and left 5 messages with the government. To this point no one has returned our call.
Forward Plans:
Next week we will upgrade our efforts and make 20 calls while leaving 7 messages and sending 10 emails. It is our expectation that by the following week we will receive a reply from the Ministers office informing us that the Minister will respond in due course"
There is nothing we can do but to wait and and to continue bothering ourselves with the daily musings of this here support group.
