To be honest, I find that very disturbing listening. He is still hammering the same line and is focused on the 'complexity' of the legislation. He even stated that they will 'change' the legislation.
I'm beginning to think that Baird is up to his ears in this. My initial Baird enthusiasm is seriously starting to wane.
