In my view what is even more possible is that they do a Nucoal and simply write legislation to do what they want.
I saw Roberts on TV last week after the electricity pricing announcement - he looked pretty stressed then. It means the NSW Govt will get much less for any Poles & Wires sale, which is far worse for the Govt than Mel.
