I agree BORIS, possible for sure but I am accumulating long term with view it could be closer to a dollar by October so its not worth the risk for me to try get it 10 or 20 percent cheaper....sometimes it works and sometimes you kick yourself for years., It can rally hard and fast so I am happy to pay the current price...I suppose I am also hoping the dow has a bounce and so does our market which should help keep the prices from falling further....
you win some you lose some, I have been accumulating since the low 30's a few months ago so I am still happy with my average price...I like to always be early if possible.
