IMO, this has been a tragic bungle by politicians and their enabling civil servants
to try to claw back entitlements from the poor while Multinationals are getting away
with 10s of billions in tax avoidance.
Its like the schoolyard bully picking on and bludgeoning the weaklings.
IMO both politicians and Civil servants should be held to account. It seems
very unusual that civil servants who had been central to this tragedy still
have their jobs and Super/Pension entitlements. This does not send a message
to deter others from doing ditto in future, IMO.
