    what I find interesting is that the government were advised months ago that robodebt was illegal - and yet they still kept it in place. That to me sounds like a very solid foundation for a good legal case against the government.

    what is the swearing in ceremony / pledge / oath cover that the leaders must say before taking office? Something about governing for all Australians. One thinks this oath has been broken many times by this government which could also bring a solid legal case against them (or a sacking from the GG for breaking their pledge). Why don’t these issues ever get chased up?

    this is serious constitutional stuff here and yet nothing seems to happen.
