I was left with a 17k debt. I was left with incurable neurologic injuries (spasmodic torticollis) after being injured in obvious circumstances whilst constructing the operations room of HMAS Adelaide. Common law payments are not taxable and in such cases are refundable (fox versus wood 1981). I appealed to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in 2017. The height of robodebt corruption. I lost and was forced to repay my 17k debt ,with attached harassment. I have never been refunded these monies which should now attract interest and perhaps an aggravated damages claim.
