O.K. brains trust, looking ahead and sumising that VRE stays afloat, do we still have a board of directors etc- and no I don't mean those tossers who started all this rot.
Or what sort of process do share holders go through to vote a new board in?? That is of course if IMC doesn't just sit someone down and say "there it is, like it or lump it"
