Maybe a few holders nervous as Summit said announcement out this month, although I notice on the forum now he says they would "like" to get it out this month.Time is running out.
Also the negotiations will probably have started before this recent leg down in Zinc, so maybe the goal posts have been moved.?

Downramping............NO.Not at all, just stating the facts as I see them.
I am a disgruntled holder and realise I am probably holding my tax loss for this year.
How low this can go is anybody's guess, surely we can't get in the really penny dreadfull territory of less than 1C ?
