Yes...love to see short sellers burnt. But the smart ones probably know how to play the 'puts' and other methods of making their plays relatively safe.
Me....I just hope that they get burnt badly.
But the sellers this morning....probably are playing it safe too. They got in a long time ago at a much lower price and selling PART of their holdings for a profit, thus making sure that bad news does not play against them. Be nice to be in a position where you unlead 3 million shares for 50ct more than you paid for them. Nice profit after 3 years. And more in the bottom drawer. The big guys play for profit....and need safety to reassure their investors.
