Hi Brickwalls Regarding SFR mine life, the share price suggests that there is anticipation of further finds. If one looks at the VMS information on the net, there is an average number of clusters in a group with, if my memory serves me right, of a drop off by 60% from one cluster to the next. Each group being from one mound formed on an ocean floor broken up by the earths action over time.
So far the nearology has not turned up anything as far as I know and SFR has not shown any other in a grouping. Correct me if I am wrong.
Well, what we do suspect is CDU possibly has more ore than SFR.
Having said that with a drop off of around 60% between finds in a VMS group the real question is where does the present one sit in the group. There are some real big ones around the world. A chemist I spoke to at Ausenco told me if it is covered by a couple of hundred metres of dirt it is still hard to find.
With all the shenanigans going on with CDU especially with regard to Hoots comment regarding the likelihood of the chinese combining together as one and dropping a turd on all of us long term holders resulting in a "why did we bother," ultimate comment, how in gods name do you value any stock.
A young officer once said to Rommel "it's good god is on our side" to which Rommel replied "he is on the side of the bigger cannon." Hoots comment today really worries me because who in fact has the bigger cannon. Ordinary shareholders in CDU don't appear to have it.
