utah looks to me that you should buy on ANY retrace.
i don't really know what is going on mind you and its easy for me to say because i got in at the float but I can't seem to get anything firm from my broker (who loves this stock and ces) . it was 16 cents though about 3 or 4 weeks ago so one would have to think something positive is happening.
it didnt break 40 today but i wouldnt mind betting by the end of the week it will comfortably be above 40.
