Yeah what a great day. big volumes lined up each side of the ledger means no one has any idea of the pending results, optimists buying up what pesimists drop.

Yes the next few days will probably see a rise due to positive market sentiment on the "possible" result. WPL just took a bit of a hit with it's profits down on last year and would love to show off a new oil province discovery to add to it's ever expanding empire.
