When ROC acquired AEL/AZA they basicly issued 289M shares. At yesterday's closing price of A$0.61c they paid the equivalent of A$176.3M or US$137.98M (@ A$1= US$0.782) for 40% of the asset. It also came with about $30M cash on hand and 65.7M shares in NXS.
25% of US$137.98 = US$34.5M which compares with the sale price of US$31.5M.
