About serval weeks ago, one of my friend in Monash uni suggested me to buy this stock (when is around 60 cent), she said this stock no debt, solid background, doing oil, etc...
And I said if everything is good, why the price still not up.... She said might be because of the management....
Now the ROC is 68.5 cent.... Should I buy now.......?
